ONGOL-ONGOL SAGU NANAS -PINEAPPLE SAGOO CAKE

Bahan/Ingredient:
200 gr tepung sagu. 200 gr cornstrach.
200 gr gula pasir. 200 gr granulated sugar.
250 ml jus nanas. 250 ml pineapple juice.
200 ml air. 200 ml water.

Pelapis/coating:
Kelapa parut secukupnya. Some grated coconut.
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.

Cara/method:
1. Campur tepung sagu dgn juice nanas aduk hingga tercampur rata, sisihkan. Mix and stir well cornstrach and pineapple juice, set aside.
2. Rebus sisa air dan gula. Boiling water and sugar.
3. Tuang air gula panas dlm larutan sagu aduk cepat dan rata, masak dgn api kecil sambil diaduk, hingga adonan mengental, t. Pour hot sugar wateron cornstrach batter, stir faster and simmer until thickener, .
4. Tuang adonan pada wadah tahan panas dan kukus hingga bening. Biarkan dingin. Pour the batter on the heat-resistant container and steamed until clear. Let’s cold.
5. Kukus kelapa parut yg dicampur garam selama 10 menit. Steam mixed grated coconut with salt
6. Bila ongol2 sdh dingin potong sesuai selera dan gulingkan pada kelapa parut kukus. If ongol2 cold already, cut as desire and roll in grated coconut steamed.
7. Siap disajikan. Ready to served.
