SUP IGA TIMUN + KACANG IJO – RIBS w/CUCUMBER + MUNG BEAN SOUP

Bahan/ingredients:
500 gr iga. 500 gr ribs. (I used pirk ribs)
½ gelas kacang hijau, cuci. ½ cup mung bean, wash.
2 buah timun besar, potong jadi 4. 2 pcs cucumber big size, cut into 4.
1 pak tahu sutra, potong jd 10. 1 pack silken tofu, cut into 10
4 siung bwg putih, keprak. 4 cloves garlic, crust.
2 cm jahe, keprak. 2 cm ginger, crust.
Lada dan garam secukupnya. Some pepper and salt.
2000 ml air. 2000 ml water.

Cara/method:
1. Didihkan air, masukkan iga, bwg putih dan jahe, rebus dgn api kecil hingga iga empuk. Boiling water, add ribs, garlic and ginger, simmer until ribs tender.
2. Sajikan panas bersama kecap asin cabe rawit. Served hot with soy sauce and chilipadi.
