TUMIS BABI PETE MASAK KECAP – SAUTE PORK STICKY BEAN w/SOY SAUCE

Bahan/ingredients:
500 gr daging babi, iris tipis.
30 biji pete, belah 2. 30 pcs petai, cut on 2.
2 buah cabe hijau, iris serong. 2 pcs green chili, oblique.
5 buah cabe rawit merah. 5 pcs red chillipadi.
3 buah bwng merah, iris. 3 pcs shallot, slice.
3 siung bwng putih, iris. 3 cloves garlic, slice.
¼ buah bwng bombay, iris. ¼ pcs onion, slice.
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil.
150 ml air panas 150 ml hot water

Bumbu utk babi/seasoning for pork;
½ sdm kecap raja rasa. ½ tbsp raja rasa soy sauce.
½ sdm kecap asin. ½ tbsp soy sauce.
Lada secukupnya. Some pepper.
1 sdm maizena. 1 tbsp cornstrach.

Bumbu saus/seasoning for sauce:
1 sdm arak xao xing. 1 tbsp wine xao xing.
1 sdm kecap jamur. 1 tbsp mushroom sauce.
1 sdm kecap asin. 1 tbsp soy sauce.
½ sdm kecap manis. ½ tbsp dark sweet soy sauce.
Lada secukupnya. Some pepper.

Cara/ingredients:
1. Bumbui daging babi dgn bumbu perendam dan diamkan selama 15 menit. Marinate pork and lets stand for 15 minutes.
2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bwng merah dan putih, tumis hingga harum, masukkan bwg bombay, aduk. Heat oil, add shallot and garlic, saute until fragrant, add onion, stir.
3. Masukkan babi 1 per 1, aduk dan masak hingga berubah warna. Masukkan pete, arak xao xing, stir dan bumbu sauce lain, aduk rata, tuangin air panas dan cabe, aduk rata. Add pork one by one, stir and coo until changing color. Add sticky bean, wine xau xing, stir and add other seasoning. Stir well, pour hot water and chilies, stir well.

Note:
Daging Babi bisa di ganti dgn ayam dan daging sapi bagian lulur dalam. Pork can be change with chicken and beef tenderloin.
