Bahan/ingredients:
100 gr terigu tepung rendah protein. 100 gr low protein flour. (kunci biru)
30 gr tepung custard. 30 gr custard flour.
50 gr almon bubuk. 50 gr almond powder.
1000 ml susu segar tawar. 1000 ml fresh milk plain. (GreenField)
6 butir kuning telur. 6 pcs egg yolk.
150 gr gula. 150 gr granulated sugar.
150 gr mentega tawar. 150 gr unsalted butter. (Anchor)
1 sdt extrak vanila. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
1 sdm rhum. 1 tbsp rhum. (optional)

Topping & Filling:
3 buah kelapa muda ambil dagingnya dgn sendok. 3 pcs ypung coconut take the meat of coconut with spoon.
Kismis. Raisin.
Cranberry.
Kayu manis bubuk utk taburan. Cinamon powder for dusting.

Cara/methods:
1. Campur susu segar, terigu dan almon bubuk hingga rata. Rebus dgn api kecil dan aduk. Mix fresh milk, flour and almond powder, stir well. Simmer and stir.
2. Kocok kuning telur, masukkan ke dlm adonan susu, didihkan dgn api kecil dan trs diaduk. Beaten egg yolk, add into milk batter, simmer and stir.
3. Masukkan mentega, aduk hingga butter tercampur rata, masukkan gula, aduk 2 menit, matikan api dan angkat. Add butter, stir until the butter blend, add sugar, stir 2 minutes, turn off stove and lift up.
4. Masukkan Rhum dan aduk rata. Add rhum and stir well.
5. Tuang 2 sdm adonan dlm mangkuk, kelapa muda dan tutup lagi dengan adonan, boleh dilakukan berlapis, terakhir tutup dengan adonan, taburi cinnamon bubuk, dan beri kismis diatasnya. Pour 2 tablespoons of dough in the bowl, coconut and cover again with dough, layered don’ts, Last lid with dough sprinkle cinnamon powder and let the raisins on top.
6. Simpan di kulkas 2 jam sblm disajikan. Refrigerated 2 hours before serving.

Note:
Buat yg doyan durian, masukkan daging durian saat adonan sdh diangkat dr api.
