Grilled Gindara Teriyaki

GRILLED GINDARA TERIYAKI

Bahan/ingredients:
4 ptg gindara (@100gr) lumuri air lemon, sisihkan. 4 pcs gindara (@100 gr) marinate with lemon juice. Set aside.

Saus teriyaki/teriyaki sauce:
1 sdm kecap manis. 1 tbsp dark sweet soy sauce.
½ sdm kecap raja rasa. ½ tbsp raja rasa sauce.
½ sdm kecap jamur. ½ tbsp mushroom sauce.
½ sdm kecap kikkoman . ½ tbsp kikkoman soy sauce.
½ sdm mirin. ½ tbsp mirin.
½ sdm sake atau red wine. ½ tbsp sake or red wine (optional)
½ sdm gula merah. ½ tbsp brown sugar.
2 sdt minyak wijen. 2 tsp sesame oil
⅛ sdt lada hitam bubuk. ⅛ tsp black pepper powder.
2 siung bwng putih parut. 2 cloves grated garlic.
1 sdt jahe parut.1 tsp grated ginger.

Pelengkap/complimentary:
Tumis kembang kol dan wortel. Sauted couliflower and carrot.
Acar lobak merah. Fermented red raddish.
Nasi putih. Steam Rice
Sup miso. Miso soup.

Cara/methods:
1. Campur bumbu perendam. Mix marinate.
2. Bumbui gindara dgn bumbu perendam dan diamkan 20 menit. Marinate gindara and set aside for 20 minutes.
3. Bakar gindara diatas api, panaskan sisa bumbu. Grill gindara on fire, simmer remining sauce.
4. Tumis kembang kol dan wortel/sauted cauliflower and carrot:
-Rebus kembang kol dan wortel dgn air garam, tiriskan. Boiling couliflower and carrot with salt.
-Panaskan 1 sdm minyak sayur + 1 sdt minyak wijen, masukkan kembang kol dan wortel rebus, masukkan ½ sdm kecap kikkoman dan lada secukupnya. Aduk 1 menit saja. Heat 1 tbsp veggie oil + 1 tsp sesame oil, add boiled couliflower and carrot, add ½ tbsp kikkoman and some pepper. Stir just 1 minute.
5. Sajikan gindara, siram dengan saus dan pelengkap. Serve gindara pour the sauce on top and complimentary.
