PISANG REBUS SAMBAL TOMAT – BOILED BANANA TOMATO SAUCE

Bahan/ingredients:
8 buah pisang (plg enak kepok dan raja), aku pakai pisnag kepok. 8 pcs banana (the best kepok and raja bananas) I Use Kepok Banana.
Teri goreng. Fried anchovy.
Kemangi secukupnya. Some thai basil.

Bahan sambal tomat/tomato sauce:
2 buah cabe merah besar, buang biji. 2 pcs red chili, seedless
5 buah cabe rawit (sesuaikan). 5 pcs chilipadi. (adjustable)
1 siung bwng putih. 1 cloves garlic.
1 buah bwng merah. 1 pcs shallot.
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.
1 buah tomat merah segar. 1 pcs fresh red tomato.
½ sdm gula merah.
30 ml air. 30 ml water.
2 buah jeruk cui. 2 pcs cui orange
1 sdm minyak sayur utk menumis. 1 tbsp veggie oil for saute.

Cara/methods:
1. Cuci dan rebus pisang selama 15 menit, angkat dan tiriskan. Wash and boiling banana for 15 minutes, lift up and strain.
2. Haluskan bahan sambal dan tumis hingga harum. Ground sambal ingredients and saute until fragrant.
3. Sajikan pisang rebus hangat dgn sambal tomat. Serve warm boiled banana nad tomato sauce.
