FRIED UDON With TOM YUM SAUCE

Bahan/ingredients:
10 ekor udang ukuran sedang, kupas. 10 pcs shrimp medium size, peel.
1 bgks udon. 1 pack udon.
1 sdm minyak sayur. 1 tbsp veggie oil.
1 sdm pasta tom yum. 1 tbsp tom yum paste.
20 gr toge. 20 gr bean sprout.
2 btg kucai, potong 2cm. 2 stalks chives, cut 2 cm.
20 ml air panas. 20 ml hot watwr.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak, masukkan udang tumis hingga berubah warna. Heat veggie oil, add shrimp, saute until changging color.
2. Masukkan saus tom yum, udon, aduk rata, beri 20 ml air panas. Add tom yum sauce, udon, stir, add 20 ml hot water.
3. Masukkan toge dan kucai. Aduk rata. Add beansprout and chives. Stir well.
4. Sajikan panas. Serve hot
