ES CENDOL BANDUNG – BANDUNG’S ICE CENDOL

Bahan/ingredients:
100 gr tepung beras. 100 gr rice flour
20 gr tepung hunkwe. 20 gr mung bean flour.
50 gr maizena. 50 gr cornstrach.
100 ml air pandan.100 ml pandan juice.
100 ml air daun suji. 100 ml suji leave juice (for color)
500 ml air es. 500 ml cold water.
¾ sdm air kapur sirih. ¾ tbsp lime betel
½ sdm garam. ½ tbsp salt

Bahan santan/coconut milk ingredients:
1500 ml santan dr 1 buah kelapa. 1500 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut.
2 lbr daun pandan. 2 pcs pandan leave.
1 sdt garam. 1 tsp salt.

Bahan saus gula/brown sugar sauce:
250 ml air. 250 ml water
500 gr gula merah, cincang halus. 500 gr brown sugar, finely chop.
2 lbr daun pandan. 2 pcs pandan leaves

Pelengkap/complimentary:
Daging kelapa muda. Young coconut
Nangka, potong kotak. Jackfruit, chunk
Nata de coco.
Es serut. Shaved ice

Cara/method:
1. Campur dan aduk rata tpg beras, hunkwe, maizena, air pandan, air suji, air kapur sirih, masak dengan api kecil hingga mengental. Sisihkan. Mix and stir well rice flour, mung bean flour, cornstrach, pandan juice, suji leaves juice, and lime betel, simmer until thickener. Set aside.
2. Siapkan alat pembuat cendol dan air dingin dlm baskom. Prepare cendol tool and cold water on big bowl.
3. Masukkan adonan cendol dlm alat pembuat cendol dan tekan diatas air es, saring. Add cendol mixture on cendol tool and press on cold water. Strain.
4. Masak semua bahan santan hingga mendidih, sisihkan. Cook all coconut milk ingredients, set aside.
5. Masak bahan saus gula merah sisihkan. Cook brorwn sugar sauce, set aside.
6. Sajikan dingin dgn pelengkap.

Note:
Kalo punya durian, enak juga. If you have durian, yummy.
