PUDING HUN KWE & JELLY BLIMBING WULUH – PUDDING MUNG BEAN & JELLY BLIMBING WULUH.

Lapis 1/layer 1:
100 gr tpg hunkwe. 100 gr mung bean flour. (Vanilla)
110 gr gula merah. 110 gr brown sugar.
500 ml air. 500 ml water.
100 ml santan kental. 100 ml coconut milk. (KARA)

Cara/Methods:
1. Campur, didihkan dgn api kecil air dan tpg hunkwe sambil diaduk hingga mengental, masukkan gula merah, aduk rata, tuang dlm wadah tahan panas, dan kukus 15 menit dan angkat dr kukusan. Keep on stirringand turn down the fire until it thickens. Add brown sugar, mix well, pour on heat proof container, steam for 15 minutes and lift up from steamer.
2. Buat lapis ke 2 dan siramkan diatas lapis 1, dinginkan suhu ruang dan simpan dlm lemari es selama 1 jam sebelum dipotong utk disajikan. Cook layer 2 and pour onto layer 1, set aside for room temperature and refrigerated for 1 hour before cut and serve cold.
