RISOLES MAYO

Bahan kulit/batter ingredients:
180 gr terigu utk cake. 180 gr cake flour. (kunci biru)
20 gr maizena. 20 gr cornstrach.
1 sdt garam. 1 sdt. Salt.
Lada bubuk secukupnya. Some pepper poeder
2 btr telur kocok lepas. 2 pcs beaten eggs
600 ml susu tawar segar. 600 ml fresh milk plain.
Mayones secukupnya. Some mayonaise.

Bahan isi/filling:
Smoke beef potong sesuai selera. Smoke beef, cut of desire
Keju cheddar, potong sesuai selera. Cheddar cheese, cut of desire.
Telor rebus bagi 4. Boiling egg, cut on 4

Bahan utk melapisin/coating ingredients:
Tepung roti. Bread crumb.
Telur kocok. Beaten egg.

Saus mustard/mustard sauce:
30 gr paprika merah, potong kotak kecil, rebus dan tiriskan. 30 gr red bell pepper gently chunk, boiling and strain.
2 sdm air lemon. 2 tbsp lemon juice.
70 gr mustard. 70 gr mustard.
250 ml susu tawar. 250 ml plain milk.
2 btr telur rebus (hancurkan kuningnya dan cincang halus putihnya). 2 pcs boiled egg (mashed the egg yolk and chopped white egg)
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.
30 gr gula pasir. 30 gr granulated sugar
50 gr tepung terigu. 50 gr flour
30 gr mentega tawar. 30 gr unsalted butter.

Cara/method:
1. Campur bahan kulit, saring dan buat crepe. Mix and strain the batter ingredients, and make crepes.
2. Letakkan diatas crepe, smoke beef, keju dan telor, beri mayones dan lipat kulit spt amplop. Put on crepe smoke beef, cheese and egg, bring mayonaise, and fold like envelope.
3. Gulingkan ke kocokan telur dan gulingkan ke tepung roti, simpan di lemari es 15 menit. Roll on beaten egg and bread crumb, refrigerate 15 minutes
4. Panaskan minyak. Heat oil for deepfry.
5. Masukkan resole ke dlm minyak panas, goreng hingga kecoklatan, tiriskan. Add risoles on hot oil, fried until golden, drain.
6. Cara membuat Saus mustard/ mustard sauce: Panaskan margarin, masukkan kuning telur rebus yg sdh dihancurkan dan terigu, aduk cepat. Masukkan mustard, gula, garam dan susu. Masukkan paprika, putih telur dan lemon, aduk rata hingga lembut. Angkat dan sisihkan. Heat butter, add mashed egg yolk and flour, stir fastes. Add mustard,sugar, salt and milk, stir until soften. Lift up and set aside.
7. Sajikan dgn cabe rawit dan acar kuning. Serve with chilipadi and yellow pickles.
