RISOLES MAYO

Bahan kulit/batter ingredients:
180 gr terigu utk cake. 180 gr cake flour. (kunci biru)
20 gr maizena. 20 gr cornstrach.
1 sdt garam. 1 sdt. Salt.
Lada bubuk secukupnya. Some pepper poeder
2 btr telur kocok lepas. 2 pcs beaten eggs
600 ml susu tawar segar. 600 ml fresh milk plain.

Bahan isi/filling:

Smoke beef potong sesuai selera. Smoke beef, cut of desire
Keju cheddar, potong sesuai selera. Cheddar cheese, cut of desire.
Telor rebus bagi 4. Boiling egg, cut on 4

Bahan utk melapisin/coating ingredients:
Tepung roti. Bread crumb.
Telur kocok. Beaten egg.

Saus mayo mustard/mayo mustard sauce:

5 sdm mayo. 5 tbsp mayonaise.
2 sdm mustard 2 tbsp mustard.
½ sdm madu. ½ tbsp honey.

Acar kuning/yellow pickle:
50 gr wortel potong kotak kecil, rebus dan tiriskan. 50 gr carrot gently chunk, boiling and strain.
20 gr bwg bombay, cincang halus. 20 gr onion, finely chop.
1 btr kuning telur rebus, hancurkan. 1 pcs boiling egg yolk mashed.
2 sdm air lemon. 2 tbsp lempn juice.
2 sdt mustard. 2 ttsp mustard.
100 ml air. 100 ml water.
Lada dan garam secukupnya. Sone pepper and salt.
Tepung terigu +air utk pengental. Flour + water for thickener.
1 sdm mentega tawar. 1 tbsp unsalted butter.

Cara/method:
1. Campur bahan kulit, saring dan buat crepe. Mix and strain the batter ingredients, and make crepes.
2. Letakkan diatas crepe, smoke beef, keju dan telor, beri sauce dan lipat kulit spt amplop. Put on crepe smoke beef, cheese and egg, bring sauce mayo mustart, and fold like envelope.
3. Gulingkan ke kocokan telur dan gulingkan ke tepung roti, simpan di lemari es 15 menit. Roll on beaten egg and bread crumb, refrigerate 15 minutes
4. Panaskan minyak. Heat oil for deepfry.
5. Masukkan resole ke dlm minyak panas, goreng hingga kecoklatan, tiriskan. Add risoles on hot oil, fried until golden, drain.
6. Cara membuat acar kuning/how to make yellow pickle: panaskan mentega, masukkan bwg bombay, tumis hingga harum, masukkan bahan yg lain dan kentalkan. Heat butter, add onion saute until fragrant, add all ingredients and thickener.
7. Sajikan dgn cabe rawit dan acar kuning. Serve with chilipadi and yellow pickles.
