ALMOND LEMON CAKE LEMON GLAZE

Bahan/ingredients:

2 buah lemon, parut kulitnya. 2 pcs lemon, lemon zest.
150 gr tepung serbaguna. 150 gr all purpose flour.
100 gr almond bubuk. 100 gr almond powder.
20 gr susu bubuk. 20 gr milk powder.
200 gr gula bubuk. 200 gr castor sugar.
3 sdm air lemon. 3 tbsp lemon juice.
170 gr mentega tawar leleh. 170 gr melted unsalted butter.
5 btr telur. 5 pcs eggs
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt
1 sdt baking powder. 1 tsp baking powder.

Glazir/glaze:
1 sdm air lemon. 1 tbsp lemon juice.
50 gr gula icing. 50 gr icing sugar.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven 180C, oles loyang bulat dgn mentega, sisihkan. Prehead oven 180C, grease round pan with unsalted butter, set aside.
2. Campur tepung serbaguna, tepung almon, kulit lemon parut, garam, susu bubuk dan baking powder, sisihkan. Mix all purpose flour, almond flour, lemon zest, salt, milk powder and baking powder, set aside.
3. Kocok gula halus dan telur hingga mengembang dgn kecepatan tinggi. Mixer high speed castor sugar and eggs until fluffy.
4. Masukkan campuran tepung bertahap, kocok dgn speed rendah, masukkan air lemon dan mentega cair. Add mix flour step by step, mixer with alow speed, add lemon juice and melted butter.
5. Tuang kedalam loyang bulat ukuran 20cm, dan oven selama 40-45 menit. Pour into round pan size 20cm, and bake for 40-45 minutes.
5. Keluarkan dr oven dan keluarkan dr loyang, biarkan dingin suhu ruang, hias dan potong utk disajikan. Take out from the oven, and take out fron the pan, lets cool on room temperature, garnish and slice for serve.
6. Membuat glazir/how to make glaze: aduk rata air lemon dan gula icing. Mix well lemon juice and icing sugar.
