ORIENTAL FRIED CHICKEN

Bahan/ingredients:
1 ekor ayam kampung ukuran sedang, belah 4. 1 pcs farmer chicken medium size,cut on 4.

Bumbu/Seasoning:
½ sdm kecap raja rasa. ½ tbsp raja rasa soy sauce.
½ sdt ngohiong bubuk. ½ tsp five spice powder.
½ sdm kecap light. ½ sdm light soy sauce.

Cocolan/condiment:
Garam. Salt.
Ngohiong bubuk. Five spice powder.
Lada bubuk. Pepper powder.
Jeruk nipis. Lime.

Cara/method:
1. Lumuri ayam dgn bumbu, simpan dlm lemari es selama 2-3 jam. Marinete chicken and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
2. Panaskan minyak. Masukkan ayam dan goreng hingga kecoklatan dgn api sedang, potong lbh kecil lagi sblm dihidangkan. Heat oil for deepfry. Add chicken and fried with medium heat until browny devide the 4 pcs to half before serving.
3. Sajikan dgn cocolan, dan biasanya diberi perasan jeruk nipis. Served with condiment, mostly squeese lime on chicken.
