AYAM GORENG ORIENTAL – ORIENTAL FRIED CHICKEN

Bahan/ingredients:
1 ekor ayam kampung ukuran sedang, belah 8 bagian. 1 pcs farmer chicken medium size,cut on 8 part
2 sdm tepung maizena. 2 tbsp corn starch.

Bumbu/Seasoning:
½ sdm kecap raja rasa. ½ tbsp raja rasa soy sauce.
1 sdt ngohiong bubuk. 1 tsp five spice powder.
½ sdm kecap light. ½ sdm light soy sauce.
3 siung bawang putih parut. 3 cloves of garlic, grated.
2 sdm arak shao sing. 2 tbsp shao shing wine.

Cocolan/condiment:
Garam. Salt.
Ngohiong bubuk. Five spice powder.
Lada bubuk. Pepper powder.
Jeruk nipis. Lime.

Cara/method:
1. Lumuri ayam dgn bumbu, simpan dlm lemari es selama 4 jam. Marinete chicken and refrigerate for 4 hours.
2. Panaskan minyak. Lumuri ayam dgn tepung maizena dan goreng hingga kecoklatan dgn api sedang, potong lbh kecil lagi sblm dihidangkan. Heat oil for deepfry. Cover chicken wirh corn starch and frying with medium heat until browny devide the 4 pcs to half before serving.
3. Sajikan dgn cocolan, dan biasanya diberi perasan jeruk nipis. Served with condiment, mostly squeese lime on chicken.
