SAWUT – GRATED CASSAVA with COCONUT

Bahan/ingredients:
300 gr singkong, parut kasar. 300 gr cassava, roughly grated.
50 gr gula merah. 50 gr brown sugar.
Sejumput garam. A pinch os salt.

40 gr kelapa parut. 40 gr grated coconut.
⅛ sdt garam. ⅛ sdt salt.

Cara/Method:

1. Campur singkong parut dgn garam dan gula merah lalu kukus selama 30 menit. Mix grated cassava with salt and brown sugar, and then steam for 30 minutes.
2. Campur dan kukus kelapa parut dan garam. Mix and steam grated coconut and salt.
3. Sajikan sawut dan taburi kelapa. Serve grated cassava with topping coconut.
