KWETIAU TOM YUM SOUP

Bahan/ingredients:
300 gr kwetiau kering, rebus dan tiriskan. 300 gr dry kwetiau, boil and strain.
300 gr ikan kakap merah, potong kotak. 300 gr red snaper, chunk.
3 btg sereh, iris serong (bag putih nya saja). 3 stalks lemon grass, oblique (just white part).
6 lbr daun jeruk. 6 pcs lime leave.
2 buah jeruk nipis. 2 pcs lime.
60 ml santan kental. 60 ml heavy coconut milk.
1500 ml air. 1500 ml water.
Garam secukupnya.
10 buah cabe rawit merah. 10 pcs red chilipadi.
300 gr jamur merang. (bila besar potong saja). 300 gr straw mushroom (if big size, cut it)
2 sdm kecap ikan. 2 tbap fish sauce.
3 sdm pasta tom yum. 3 tbsp tom yum paste.

Cara/methods:
1. Didihkan air, masukkan sereh, daun jeruk, pasta tumyum dan cabe rawit, aduk rata. Boil water, add lemon grass, lime leave, tom yum paste and red chilipadi stir well.
2. Masukkan jamur merang dan ikan kakap, masak 5 menit, masukkan santan kental, aduk rata, tambahkan air jeruk nipis. Add straw mushroom and red snapper, cook for 5 minutes, add heavy coconut milk, stir well, add lime juice.
3. Cara penyajian/how to serve:
Letakkan kwetiaudlm mangkuk, tuang sup tom yum, bila ada daun ketumbar, bisa utk garnish. Put kwetiau on a bowl, pour with tom yum soup. If you have cilantro, for garnish
