SAPO TAHU SEAFOOD – SEAFOOD SAPO TOFU

Bahan/ingredients:
1 bgks tahu telur, potong dan goreng. 1 pack egg tofu, cut and fried.
¼ buah paprika merah, potong, ¼ pcs red paprika, cut.
¼ buah bwg bombay, potonh. ¼ pcs onion, cut.
½ btg wortel iris serong. ½ stalk carrot, oblique.
6 kuntum kembang kol. 6 pcs cauliflower.
10 ekor udang kupas. 10 pcs shrimp skinless.
1 ekor cumi, potong cincin. 1 pcs squid, cut like rings
3 siung bwg putih, cincang. 3 cloves garlic, chop.
4 iris jahe muda. 4 slices young ginger.
Larutan maizena utk pengental. Cornstrach batter for thickener.
200 ml air panas. 200 ml hot water.

Bumbu/seasoning:
½ sdm kecap raja rasa. ½ tbsp raja rasa soy sauce.
1 sdm arak xao xing (boleh di lewatkan). 1 tbsp wine xao xing.(can be skip)
½ sdm saus tiram. ½ tbsp oyster sauce.
½ sdm kecap asin. ½ tbsp soy sauce.
½ sdm kecap ikan. ½ tbsp fiah sauce.
2 sdt minyak wijen. 2 tsp sesame oil.
Lada secukupnya. Some pepper.
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil.

Cara/methods:
1. Bumbui cumi dan udang dgn lada, kecap asin dan arak xaoxing secukupnya, sisihkan. Seasoning squid and shrimp with some pepper, soy sauce and wine xao xing, set aside.
2.Tumis jahe dan bwg putih. Hingga harum. Saute ginger and garlic until fragrant.
3. Masukkan udang dan cumi, tumis hingga berubah warna. Masukkan wortel, kembang kol, bwg bombay dan paprika, aduk rata. Add shrimp and squid, saute until changing color. Add careot, cauliflower, onion and red bell pepper, stir well.
4. Masukkan arak xao xing, aduk rata, masukkan bumbu yg lain dan air panas masak 5 menit. Masukkan larutan maizena, aduk hingga kental, masukkan tahu, aduk rata. Add wine xao xing, stir well, add other seasoning and hot water cook for 5 minutes.
5. Sajikan panas. Serve while hot.
