Lontong Mie – Rice Cake Noodle

LONTONG MIE – RICE CAKE NOODLE

Bahan/ingredients:

300 gr mie kuning, tumis dgn ½ sdm kecap manis, ½ sdm kecap asin, dan lada secukupnya. 300 gr noodle, saute with ½ tbsp dark sweet soy sauce, ½ tbsp soy sauce and some pepper.
500 gr toge, rebus 1 menit dan tiriskan. 500 gr beansprout, boil for 1 minute and strain.
1 btg seledri, cuci dan ikat. 1 stalk celery, wash and tide.
1 btg bwg daun, iris halus. 1 stalk green onion, finely slice.
2000 ml air. 2000 ml water.

Bumbu/seasoning:
4 bwg merah. 4 pcs shallot.
6 bwg putih. 6 clove garlic.
Lada dan garam secukupnya. Some pepper and salt.
¼ buah pala. ¼ pcs nutmeg.
2-3 sdm kecap manis. 2-3 tbsp dark sweet soy sauce.

Pelengkap/complimentary:
Kerupuk. Cracker.
Udang kecil goreng. Fried shrimp small size.
Tahu goreng, potong. Fried tofu, cut.
Bwg putih goreng. Fried garlic.
Bwng merah goreng. Fried shallot.
Cabe rawit merah. Red chllipadi.
Petis. Black shrimp paste.

Cara/method:
1. Didihkan air bersama seledri. Bpil water with celery
2. Haluskan dan tumis bumbu hingga harum, masukkan ke dlm air tambahkan kecap manis.
3. Cara menyajikan/how to serve:
Cabe rawit iris halus bersama petis gilas dgn punggung sendok. Beri potongan lontong, toge, mie dan siram dgn sup. Taburi bwg merah goreng, bwg putih goreng, udang goreng dan tahu goreng, serta krupuk. Finely slice red chillipadi and black shrimp paste crust with back of spoon. Add rice cake, beansprout noodle and pour with the soup. Topping with fried shallot, fried garlic, fried shrimp and fried tofu, and cracker.
