Fu Yung Hay – Anchovy Chinese Pancake

FU YUNG HAY – ANCHOVY CHINESE PANCAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
200 gr teri segar. 200 gr fresh anchovy.
2 btr telur bebek. 2 pcs duck egg
2 btr telur ayam. 2 pcs chicken egg.
3 btg daun bawang, iris. 3 stalks green onion, slice.
¼ sdt garam. ¼ tsp salt
⅛ sdt lada. ⅛ tsp pepper.
4 sdm minyak sayur. 4 tbsp veggie oil.

Saus asam manis/sweet & sour sauce:
20 gr kacang polong kaleng. 20 gr peas can.
2 siung bwg putih, cincang. 2 cloves garlic, chop.
3 sdm saus tomat. 3 tbsp tomato sauce. (delmonte)
½ sdm saus tiram. ½ tbsp oyster sauce.
½ sdm kecap raja rasa. ½ tbsp raja rasa soy sauce.
½ sdm kecap asin. ½ tbsp spy sauce.
1 sdt kecap ikan 1 tsp fish sauce.
2 sdt saus inggris. 2 tsp worchestershire sauce.
1 sdt minyak wijen. 1 tsp sesame oil.
Lada secukupnya. Some pepper.
1 sdm minyak sayur. 1 tbsp veggie oil.
150ml air panas. 150 ml hot water.
Larutan maizena utk pengental. Cornstarch batter for thickener.

Hiasan/garnish:
Daun bwg, iris korek api. Greean onion, julliane.
½ buah cabe merah besar, iris korek api. ½ pcs red big chili. Julliane.

Cara/method:
1. Campur bahan fu yung hay. Panaskan 4 sdm minyak sayur, tuang adonan telur, masak dgn api sedang. Balik utk mematangkan sisi yg lain. Mix the anchovy chinese pancake ingredients. Heat 4 tbsp vegetable oil, pour the egg butter, cook with medium fire. For finalizing the side behind the others.
2. Letakkan diatas piring saji sisihkan. Place on dish.
3. Panaskan minyak, tumis bwg putih hingga harum masukkan bumbu dan air, aduk rata. Masukkan larutan maizena aduk hingga kental dan tuang saus diatas dadar telur. Heat pul, saute garlic until fragrant. Add seasoning, stir well. Add cornstrach batter, stir until thickener. Pour the sauce on egg pancake.
4. Hias dgn daun bwg dan cabe rawit merah.garnish with green onion and red bid chilli.
