Pho Pia Charsiu – Vietnamese Charsiu Roll

PHO PHIA CHARSIU- VIETNAMESE CHARSIU ROLL

Bahan/ingredients:
Rice paper sheet.
1 btg wortel iris korek api, rebus, tiriskan. 1 stalk carrot, julliane, boil and strain.
50 gr toge besar/moyasi, rendam air panas selama 1 menit, tiriskan. 50 gr beansprout, soak on hot water 1 minutes, strain.
2 btg bwg daun, iris halus spt korek api. 2 pcs green onion, julliane.
Selada, cuci bersih, tiriskan, iris memanjang. Lettuce, wash, strain, slice.
10 gr daun mint, iris halus. 10 gr mint leaves, finely slice.
20 gr daun wansui, cincang kasar. 20 gr coriander. Roughly chop.
200 gr charsiu, iris tipis. 200 gr charsiu, finely slice.
100 gr soun, rendam air panas, tiriskan. 100 gr glass noodle, soak on hot water, strain.

Saus/sauce:
3 siung bwg putih, cincang halus. 3 cloves garlic, finely chop.
1 sdm saus sambal. 1 tbsp chilli sauce (delmonte)
½ sdm saus hoisin. ½ tbsp hoisin sauce.
1 sdt saus inggris. 1 tsp worcheshire sauce.
1 sdt kecap ikan. 1 tsp fish sauce.
½ sdm gula. ½ tbsp sugar.
100 ml air panas. 100 ml hot water

Cara/method:
1. Siapkan air hangat di wadah lebar, setiap akan membungkus bahan, celupkan rice paper sheet ke air, taruh di talenan, tata semua bahan, lipat yg rapi. Prepare warm water on big plate, dipping rice pepper sheet on warm water before, place rice pepper sheet on chopping bord, add all ingredients, and folt like an envelope.
2. Masak bahan saus dan kentalkan dgn maizena. Cook sauce ingredients and thickener with cornstrach.
3. Sajikan bersama saus. Serve with sauce.
