CORNED BEEF POUND CAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
225 gr mentega tawar, suhu ruang. 225 gr unsalted butter, room temperature. ANCHOR
150 gr gula pasir. 150 gr granulated sugar
100 gr cornet beef, hancurkan. 100 gr cornet beef, mashed.
5 btr telur ukuran besar, suhu ruang. 5 large eggs, almost at room temperature
40 gr cream asam (berlemak). 40 gr sour cream (full-fat). TATUA
1½ vanila. 1½ tsp vanilla extract
150 gr tepung serbaguna. 150 gr all-purpose. (segitiga biru)
20 gr tepung maizena. 20 gr cornstrach.
20 gr susu bubuk. 20 gr milk powder.
1½ sdt garam. 1½ tsp salt.
Keju cedar parut utk taburan. Cheddar cheese for topping.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven 180 C. Dan loyang loaf dialas kertas roti. Preheat the oven to 180C and cover with baking paper .
2. Kocok mentega dan gula dgn alat paddle dgn kecepatan sedang, hingga pucat dan mengembang, sekitar 3 menit. Beat the butter and sugar using a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

3. Dgn mangkuk terpisah kocok telur dgn garpu dan masukkan bertahap ke adonan mentega, aduk terus, masukkan krim asam dan vanila. In a separate bowl, lightly whisk the eggs with a fork and add this to the batter step by step., continue beat, add sour cream and vanilla extract.
3. Dlm mangkuk berbeda ayak tepung serbaguna, tpg maizena, garam, susu bubuk dan baking powder. Masukkan dlm adonan dan aduk trs hingga rata. Masukkan cornet beef, aduk rata. In a separate bowl, sift the all-purpose, cornstrach. salt, milk powder and baking powder, add this to the batter, mixing until fully incorporated, add cornet beef and mix well.
4. Tuang dlm loyang dan hentak loyang supaya rata dan udara yg terperangkap keluar. Taburi keju cedar parut. Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and tap it a few times to make it level and allow any air bubbles to escape. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
5. Oven selama 60 menit, atau test tusuk hingga tidak ada adonan yg menempel. Keluarkan dr oven. Biarkan dingin, keluarkan dr loyang. Bake the cake for 60 minutes, until a tester inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean. Remove the cake from the oven. Lets cool and remove the cake from the pan.
6. Iris dan siap disajikan . Slice and ready to serve.
