BUMBU NASGOR SAMBAL HIJAU – SPICES FRIED RICE GREEN SAMBAL

Bahan/ingredients:
250gr cabe hijau keriting. 250gr curly green chili.
200gr cabe hijau besar. 200 gr green big chili.
150 gr bwng merah. 150 gr shallot.
100 gr bwng putih. 100 gr garlic.
100 gr ebi kering. 100 gr dry shrimp.
2 sdm garam. 2 tbsp salt.
1 sdm ketumbar bubuk. 1 tbsp powdered coriander.
20 buah kemiri. 20 pcs candle nut.
1 sdm terasi bakar. 1 tbsp roasted shrimp paste
300 ml minyak sayur. 300 ml veggie oil

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak. Goreng cabe, bwng merah, and bwng putih ½ matang. Heat oil. Fried half cook chillies. Shallot, and garlic.
2. Sangrai dan hancurkan kemiri dan ebi. Roasted and ground candle nut and dry shrimp.
3. Haluskan semua bahan dgn minyak bekas goreng dgn blender. Ground all ingredients with used fry oil with blender.
4. Tumis kembali bumbu halus dgn api kecil selama 30menit. Continue saute ground spices with low hit for 30 minutes.
5. Simpan dlm tupperware dan letakkan kulkas bisa bertahan hingga 3 mg. Keep refrigerator on tupperware. Can last up 3 weeks.
