NASI GORENG HIJAU – GREEN FRIED RICE

Bahan/ingredients:
4 porsi nasi. 4 pax rice.
50 gr ikan asin gabus, pot kecil. 50 gr salty fish gabus, small cut.
50 gr paprika orange, potong kecil. 50 gr orange bellpepper, small cut.
50 gr polong beku. 50 gr frozeen peas.
20 buah petai, belah 2. 20 pcs petai, cut on 2.
2 butir telur bebek, kocok lepas. 2 pcs beaten duck eggs.
100 gr teri medan utk taburan. 100 gr medanese salty anchovy, for topping.
4 sdm minyak sayur. 4 tbsp veggie oil.
2 sdm bumbu nasgor sambal hijau. 2 tbsp fried rice spices green sambal.

Cara/Method:
1. Panaskan minyak, goreng teri medan, tiriskan. Goreng ikan asin, tiriskan. Heat oil, fried medanese salty anchovy, strain. Fried salty fish, strain.
2. Panaskan minyak bekas goreng ikan asin, masukkan telur bebek, aduk, masukkan nasi dan bumbu sambal hijau, aduk rata. Masukkan kacang polong, petai, paprika dan ikan asin goreng, aduk rata. Heat used oil for fried salty fish, add duck egg, stir, add rice and green sambal spices, mix well. Add peas, petai,bellpepper and salty fish, mix well.
3. Letakkan pada piring dan taburi teri medan goreng sblm disajikan. Place on dish and sprinkle with medanese salty anchovy before serve.
