SALMON NABE – SALMON SOUP

Bahan/ingredients:
1 kepala salmon belah 2, lumuri air lemon  diamkan. 1 pcs salmon head, cut on 2, marinate with lemon juice and let stand
1500 ml air. 1500 ml water.
300 gr sawi putih, potong. 300 gr chinese cabbage, cut.
1 pak jamur shimeji. 1 pack shimeji mushroom.
1 pak jamur enoki. 1 pack enoki mushroom.
2 pak udon. 2 pack udon.
1 pak tahu sutra. 1 pack silken tofu.
16 buah chikua beku. 16 pcs frozeen chikua.
1 pak. shirataki. 1 pack shirataki
1 bongkah brokoli, potong. A bundle brocolli, cut.
1 btg wortel, iris. 1 stalk carrot, slice.
1 btg bwg daun, potong jd 3. 1 stalk green onion, cut on 3.
4 siung bwng putih cincang. 4 cloves chopped garlic.
2 cm jahe muda, keprak. 2 cm young ginger, crust.

Bumbu/seasoning:
2 sdm mirin. 2 tbsp mirin.
2 sdm sake. 2 tbsp sake.
1 sdt garam. 1 tsp salt.
5 sdm kecap utk nabe. 5 tbsp nabe no shoyu/soy sauce for nabe.
2 sdt kaldu ikan jepang. 2 tsp japanese fish stock powder.

Cara/method:
1. Didihkan air bersama jahe, masukkan bwng putih cincang, bumbu, kepala salmon, bwg daun dan wortel. Heat water with ginger, add chopped garlic, seasoning, salmon head, green onion and carrot.
2. Masukkan bahan2 lain dlm soup sesaat hendak di hidangkan. Put all the ingredients in the soup just before on serve
