OSEK DAGING & TAHU – BEEF & TOFU IN COCONUT MILK

Bahan/ingredients:

500 gr daging sapi lulur. 500 gr tenderloin.
500 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa. 500 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut.
2 btg sereh, memarkan. 2 stalks lemongrass, crust.
4 lbr daun jeruk. 4 pcs lime leaves
1 buah tahu besar, iris dan goreng. 1 pcs big tofu, slice and fried.
500 ml air. 500 ml water.

Bumbu halus/ground spices;
10 bh bwng merah. 10 pcs shallot.
5 siung bwng putih. 5 cloves garlic.
1 sdm ketumbar bubuk. 1 tbsp powdered coriander.
2 cm lengkuas. 2 cm galangal.
2 cm kencur. 2 cm fragrant ginger.
6 biji kemiri. 6 pcs candle nut.
Garam, lada dan gula secukupnya. Some salt, pepper and sugar.
3 sdm minyak sayur. 3 tbsp veggie oil.

Cara/method:
1. Rebus daging dgn daun jeruk dan sereh selama 15 menit, angkat daging dan biarkan dingin, iris. Boiling beef with lime leaves and lemon grass for 15 minutes, lif up beef and lets cool, slice.
2. Haluskan dan tumis bumbu kecuali garam. Ground and saute spices except salt.
3. Masukkan bumbu ke dlm air rebusan daging, masukkan irisan daging daging dan tahu, masak hingga daging empuk dan air menyusut. Masukkan santan dan garam, aduk dan masak hingga santan menyusut. Add spices into beef broth, add sliced beef and tofu, cook until beef tender and reduced water. Add coconut milk and salt, stur and cook until reduced coconut milk.
