Babi Kecap dgn Bir -Sweet Pork with Beer

BABI KECAP DGN BIR – SWEET PORK W/ BEER

Bahan/ingredients:
1 kg daging babi ngocam 5 lapis). 1 kg pork belly (5 layers)
2 sdm saus tiram. 2 sdm oyster sauce.
500ml bir. 500 ml beer (bintang)
10 buah jamur hioko kering, rendam air panas.. 10 pcs dry hioko mushroom, soak on hot water.
4 btr telur kampung rebus. 4 pcs boiled farmer chicken egg
10 buah pekak/kembang lawang. 10 pcs star anise.
50 gr gula merah. 50 gr brown sugar
2 sdm kecap asin. 2 tbsp soy sauce.
2 sdm kecap jamur. 2 tbsp mushroom soy sauce.
1 sdm kecap raja rasa. 1 tbsp raja rasa soy sauce
5 siung bwng putih, cincang. 5 cloves garlic, chop.
2 cm jahe, memarkan. 2 cm ginger, crust.
1 sdt ngohiong. 1 tsp fivespice.
1 sdt lada bubuk. 1 tsp powdered pepper.
3 sdm minyak sayur. 3 tbsp veggie oil.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bwng putih dan jahe, tumis hingga harum. Heat oil, add garlic and ginger, saute until fragrant.
2. Tusuk2 kulit babi. Letakkan bag kulit babi pada penggorengan, biarkan agak kecoklatan. Masukkan jamur, semua bumbu dan bir,. Bila daging sdh ½ empuk, angkat dan iris, masukkan lagi bersama telur dan biarkan hingga empuk serta bir menyusut. Poke holes pork skin. Put the skin on wok, until browny. Add mushroom, all seasoning and beer. If pork ½ tender, lift up and sliced, put on pan woth egg, and cook until tender and reduced beer..
