Aglio Olio with Grilled BBQ Gindara

AGLIO OLIO w/GRILLED BBQ GINDARA

Bahan/ingredients:
8 potong gindara steak. 8 pcs gindara steak.
300 gr spaghetti sayur. 300 gr veggie spaghetti.
6 siung bwg putih, iris tipis. 6 clove garlic, finely slice.
3 buah cabe rawit organic, iris. 3 pcs organic chilipadi, slice.
4 sdm minyak olive. 4 tbsp olive oil.
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.
1000ml air. 1000ml water.
4 sdm saus BBQ. 4 tbsp BBQ Sauce.

Cara/method:
1. Rendam gindara dgn saus BBQ dan simpan dlm lemari es selama 2 jam. Marinate gindara with BBQ sauce and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Didihkan 1000 ml air, tambahkan 2 sdm minyak sayur dan 3 sdt garam. Masukkan spaghetti sayur dan rebus hingga matang (sekitar 10 menit), tiriskan dan siram dgn air es, spy tdk lengket. Bpiling 1000 ml water with 2 tbsp veggie oil and 3 tsp salt. Add veggie spaghetti and boil until tender (around 10 minutes), strain and pour with cold water, that is not sticky.
3. Panaskan panggangan diatas kompor alasi dgn almunium foil. Letakkan gindara diatasnya dan panggang hingga matang. Olrs dgn saus BBQ dan lanjut panggang hingga kedua sisi gindara kecoklatan. Preheat grill on the stove Cover with aluminum foil . Put gindara on top and bake until done . Spread further with BBQ sauce and bake until browned both sides gindara.

4. Sambil menunggu gindara matang, bisa mengolah spaghetti menjadi Aglio Olio, caranya adalah panaskan minyak olive, masukkan bwg putih dan garam secukupnya, masukkan spaghetti dan cabe iris, aduk rata, letakkan diatas puring saji.
While waiting gindara mature, can be Aglio Olio spaghetti process the way is heat olive oil, add the garlic and salt to taste, put the spaghetti and chili slices, stir, place on a serving dish.
5. Sajikan dgn cara letakkan Gindara diatas Aglio Olio. Serve with how to put the Gindara above Aglio Olio.
