Rujak Buah Saus Sirsak – Fruit Rojak with Soursoup Sauce

RUJAK BUAH SAUS SIRSAK – FRUIT ROJAK w/SOURSOUP SAUCE

Bahan/ingredients:
Buah pilihan. Fruits your choice.
Tahu kukus. Steam tofu.
Bwg putih goreng secukupnya utk taburan.

Saus sirsak/soursoup sauce:
300 gr gula merah, potong kecil
300 gr palm sugar, cut in small pieces
1 sdm asam jawa. 1 sdm tamarind paste.
¼ cangkir air. ¼ cup water.
200 gr sirsak, buang biji. 200 gr soursop pulp, take out the seed.

Bumbu dihaluskan/ground spice:
1 sdt terasi.1 tsp shrimp paste
1 sdt garam. 1 tsp salt.
20 biji Cabe rawit, atau sesuai rasa
20 pcs chillipadi or to taste
½ sdm bwg putih goreng. ½ tbsp fried garlic.

Cara/method:
1. Masukkan gula dan air dlm panci, dan masak dgn api sedang, sampai semua gula larut, matikan api dan saring. Put sugar and water in a sauce pan, put over medium heat until all the sugar dissolve, turn off the heat and strain.
2. Campurkan kembali saringan gula dengan bumbu yang telah dihaluskan, masak kembali dengan api kecil selama 15 menit, tidak sampai mendidih. Put back the sugar and mix in the paste in clean sauce pan, simmer for at least 15 minute, just until warm.
3. Masukkan sirsak yang telah aduk sebentar dan matikan api
Put in the soursop, mix well and turn off the heat.
4. Biarkan dingin suhu ruang, simpan dlm toples dan simpan dlm lemari es. Lets room temperature, put on a jar and refrigerate.
5. Iris buah sesuai selera, tahu putih dan siram dgn saus sirsak, taburi bwg putih goreng…..enakkkk. Slice fruit your choice, boiled tofu and pourr some soursoup sauce, sprinkle with fried garlic……so yummy.
