ALMOND BOTTERKOEK

Bahan/ingresients:
180 gr tpg medium protein. 180 gr medium protein flour (segitiga)
50 gr almond bubuk. 50 gr powdered almond.
20 gr susu full cream. 20 gr full cream milk.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
200 gr mentega tawar. 200 gr unsalted butter. (Anchor)
2 btr kuning telur. 2 pcs egg yolk.
1 btr putih telur. 1 pcs white egg.
140 gr gula merah. 140 gr brown sugar.
½ sdm rhum bakar. ½ tbsp baked rhum.

Taburan/Topping :
Almon iris. Sliced almond.
Kismis (rendam dgn rhum). Raisin (soak on rhum)

Olesan/coating:
1 btr kuning telur. 1 pcs egg yolk.
½ sdm susu cair. ½ tbsp fresh milk.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven 180C
Siapkan loyang loaf 22x12x10, alasi kertas roti. Preheat oven 180C. Prepare loaf pan 22x12x10cm, cover with baking paper
2. Campur dan ayak tpg, susu dan garam, sisihkan. Mix and shift flour, milk and salt, set aside.
3. Campur dan kocok dgn kecepatan tinggi butter, margarin,gula dan telur sampai lembut. Mixer with high speed butter, margarine, sugar, egg until soften.
4. Masukkan rhum bakar dan campuran tepung mixer gunakan kecepatan plg rendah. Add baked rhum and mixed flour mix with slow speed of mixer.
5. Tuang dlm loyang, ratakan dgn spatula, oles dgn kuning telur dan taburi almond dan kismis. Pour on pan, flatten using spatula, spread with egg yolk and sprinkle with almond and raisin.
6. Oven selama 30 menit. Bake for 30 minutes.

Note:
Bila tidak menyukai Rhum, diganti dgn 1 sdt vanila extrak. If you no eat rhum, can be change with 1 tsp extract vanilla.
