AYAM KUNG BAO dgn NANAS – KUNG BAO CHICKEN with PINEAPPLE

Bahan/ingredients:
500 gr ayam, potong dadu. 500 gr chicken, dice.
1 buah nanas madu, potong. 1 pcs honey pineapple, cut.
½ buah paprika merah, potong. ½ pcs red bell pepper, cut.
¼ buah bwg bombay, potong. ¼ pcs onion, cut.
8 buah cabe kering, potong. 8 dried chili, cut.
4 sdm minyak sayur utk menumis. 4 tbsp veggie oil for saute.

Bumbu perendam ayam/marinade for chicken:
1 sdm kecap asin. 1 tbs soy sauce.
11/2 sdm kecap raja rasa. 11/2 tbs raja rasa sauce.
1/2 sdt lada hitam bubuk. 1/2 tsp grated black pepper.
2 sdt minyak wijen. 2 tsp sesame oil.
11/2 sdm maizena. 11/2 tbs cornstarch

Bumbu/seasoning:
1 sdm kecap manis. 1 tbsp dark sweet sauce.
1 sdm saus tiram. 1 tbsp oystet sauce.
1 sdm kecap asin. 1 tbsp soy sauce.
½ sdm kecap raja rasa. ½ tbsp raja rasa sauce.
½ sdm kecap jamur. ½ tbsp mushroom soy sauce.
½ sdm saus inggris. ½ tbsp worcheshire saus.
½ sdm gula merah. ½ tbs brown sugar.
6 btr lada szechuan, haluskan. 6 pcs szechuan pepper corn, ground.

Cara/Method:
1. Bumbui ayam dgn bumbu perendam dan diamkan min 1 jam. Marinate chicken and let stan for 1 hour.
2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan dan goreng ayam 75% matang (tumis selama 10menit). Heat oil, add and fry chicken until 75% cooked (saute around 10 minutes).
3. Masukkan bwg bombay, aduk, masukkan paprika, bunbu, aduk, masukkan cabe kering, aduk rata. Masukkan nanas, aduk bentar dan angkat. Add onion, stir, add bell pepper, seasoning, stir, add dried chilli, stir well. Add pineapple, stir a while and remove from heat.
4. Sajikan panas. Serve hot.
