GREEN SALAD with OpTRIMax DRESSING

Salad Sehat/Healthy Salad:
200 gr Aneka sayur utk salad. Cuci dan potong. 200gr any kind veggie for salad, wash and cut.
Walnut secukupnya. Some walnut.
Brazil nut secukupnya. Some Brazil nut.
Cranberry kering dan kismis secukupnya. Some dried cranberry and raisin.

Saus salad/salad dressing:
½ sdm pasta miso. ½ tbsp miso paste.
1 sdm minyak olive utk salad. 1 tbsp virgin salad oil.
1 sdm air. 1 tbsp water.
1½ sdm air lemon. 1½ tbsp lemon juice.
2 sdt kecap manis. 2 tsp dark sweet soy sauce.
2 sdt madu. 2 tsp honey.
1 sdt OpTRIMax ZYME. 1 tsp OpTRIMax ZYME
1 sdt OpTRIMax VGMix. 1 tsp OpTRIMax VGMix

Cara/method:
1. Campur bahan saus salad sesaat sebelum makan. Mix ingredients of salad dressing before meal
2. Letakkan semua bahan salad pada piring atau mangkuk dan beri saus salad. Place all salad ingredients on dish or bowl and pour salad dressing.
