FRIED SNAPPER w/SALTY EGG SAUCE

Memasak menu ini berdasakan resep diatas hanya udang diganti dgn:
400 gr daging kakap filet. 400 gr sliced snapper.
1 sdm tepung maizena. 1 tbsp corn stract.
2 sdm tepung beras. 2 tbsp rice flour.

Bumbu/seasoning:
½ sdm saus tiram. ½ tbsp oyster sauce.
2 sdt kecap raja rasa. 2 tsp raja rasa soy sauce.
2 sdt kecap light. 2 tsp light soy sauce.
2 sdt bwng putih bubuk. 2 tsp garlic poeder. (Jay’s)
¼ sdt lada bubuk. ¼ tsp pepper powder.

Cara/method:
1. Campur dan aduk rata bumbu dan ikan. Mix and stir well seasoning and fish.
2. Beri tepung aduk rata. Add flourand mix well.
3. Panaskan minyak dan goreng ikan. Heat oil and deepfry the fish.
4. Buat saus spt resep diatas dan masukkan ikan goreng. Aduk rata dan beri taburan sesuai selera. Make sauce like on recipe and add fried fish. Stir well and topping your choice.
