SOUP AYAM & BLINGO DGN REMPAH CHINA – CHICKEN & WINTERMELON WITH CHINESE HERBAL SOUP

Bahan/ingredients:
1 ekor ayam kampung, potong 12 bagian. 1 pcs farmer chicken, cut on 12 pcs.
½ buah blingo, kupas dan potong. ½ pcs wintermelon, peel and cut.
2000 ml air mendidih. 2000 ml boiling water.

Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.

Rempah China/Chinese Herbal:
4 buah angco. 4 pcs chinese red date.
½ sdm kichi. ½ tbsp gochi berry.
2 cm jahe. 2 cm ginger.
3 siung bwg putih. 3 pcs garlic.

Cara/method:
1. Letakkan rempah pada slowcooker, kemudian letakkan potongan ayam, dan siram dgn air mendidih. Put herbal on clowcooker, and than put chicken and pour wit boiling water. (setting on HIGH)
2. Masak hingga 3 jam, masukkan blingo, garam dan lada. Cook for 3 hour. Add wintermelon, salt and pepper. (setting on LOW for 3 hour and than setting on Warm)
3. Siap dihidangkan panas. Serve on hot.
