NASGOR SAWI dgn SAMBAL HIJAU – MUSTRAD GREENS FRIED RICE with GREEN SAMBAL

Utk 2 porsi. For 2 pax.

Bahan/ingredients:
2 porsi nasi. 2 portion rice.
3 btg sawi hijau, cuci dan potong 1 cm. 3 pcs mustard greens, wash and cut 1 cm.
2 btr telur kocok lepas. 2 pcs beaten egg.
8 iris cumi bentuk cincin. 8 slice squid, ring shape.
8 ekor udang kupas ukuran sedang. 8 pcs shrimp skinless, medium size.
4 btg daun bawang, iris. 4 stalks scallion. Slice.
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.
2 sdm bumbu nasgor sambal hijau. 2 tbsp green sambal fried rice spice.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak, masukkan telur dan orak arik. Sisihkan. Heat oil, add egg and scramble. Set aside.
2. Panaskan 1 sdm minyak sayur, tumis udang dan cumi hingga berubah warna. Heat 1 tbsp veggie oil, stir fry shrimp and squid until changing color.
3. Masukkan bumbu sambal hijau dan batang sawi aduk, masukkan nasi aduk rata, tambahkan daun sawi aduk hingga 5 menit, masukkan daun bwg, aduk sebentar dan siap disajikan. Add green sambal and mustard green stem, add rice, stir well add mustard green leaves stir for 5 minutes, add scallion. Stir a while and ready to serve.
