KANGKUNG BELACAN

Bahan/ingredients:
1 ikat kangkung, petik dan cuci. A bundle kangkung/water kale. Pick and wash.
1 buah tomat, iris. 1 pcs tomato, slice.
3 buah cabe rawit. 3 pcs chilipadi. (optional)
2 sdt cabe merah halus. 2 tsp ground red chilli.
1 sdt trasi bakar. 1 tsp roasted belacan.
4 buah bwg merah, iris. 4 pcs shallot, slice
3 siung bwg putih, iris. 3 cloves garlic, slice.
2 sdt saus tiram. 2 tsp oyster sauce
Air panas secukupnya. Some hot water.
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil.

Cara/ingredients:
1. Haluskan cabe rawit dan terasi, tambahkan saus tiram dan cabe merah halus. Ground chilipadi and belacan, add oyster sauce and ground red chilli.
2. Panaskan minyak sayur, masukkan bwg merah dan putih tumis hingga harum, masukkan bumbu halus,
3. Masukkan batang kangkung dan tomat aduk 3 menit. Masukkan daun kangkung, garam dan air panas, aduk 5 menit. Add water kale stem and tomato. Stir for 3 minutes. Add water kale leaves, salt and hot water, stir for 5 minutes.
4. Siap disajikan panas bersama menu lain. Ready to serve with others side dish
