AYAM SAUS ORIENRAL – CHICKEN with ORIENTAL SAUCE

Bahan/ingredients:
400 gr daging ayam, potong dadu. 400 gr chicken boneless, chunk.
2 sdm tepung beras. 2 tbsp rice flour.
2 sdm tepung sagu. 2 tbsp cornstratch.
2 sdt kecap asin. 2 tsp soy sauce.
2 sdt kecap raja rasa. 2 tsp raja rasa soy sauce.
¼ sdt lada bubuk. ¼ tsp pepper powder.
½ sdt ngohiong. ½ tsp fivestar.

¼ buah paprika, potong kecil. ¼ pcs bell pepper, small cut.
Biji wijen sangrai secukupnya. Some roasted sesame seed.
Brokoli, rebus. Brocolli, boil.

Saus/sauce:
½ sdm saus tiram. ½ tbsp oyster sauce.
½ sdm kecap asin. ½ tbsp soy sauce.
2 sdt saus hoisin. 2 tsp hoisin sauce
2 sdm sauce bbq (merk apa aja). 2 tbsp bbq sauce. (anykind of brand).
1 sdt bwg putih bubuk. 1 tsp garlic powder.
½ sdm gula merah. ½ tbsp brown sugar.
½ sdt lada hitam bubuk. ½ tsp black pepper powder.
1 sdm xao xing. 1 tbsp wine xao xing.
20 ml air panas. 20 ml hot water

Cara/method:
1.. Campur daging ayam dgn bahan lain, diamkan 1 jam di kulkas. Mix chicken and other ingredients, refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Panaskan minyak dan masukkan daging ayam, goreng hingga keemasan, tiriskan.heat oil and add chicken, fried until golden and strain.
3. Tumis saus dan paprika, masukkan ayam yg sdh digoreng, aduk rata. Matikan api. Sauté sauce and bell pepper, add sauce and bell pepper, add fried chicken, stir well. Turn of stove.
4. Letakkan diatas piring saji, letakkan broccoli dan taburi dgn biji wijen. Place on dish, add broccoli, and springkle with sesame sees
5 siap disajikan. Ready to serve.
