TUMIS DAGING & JAMUR DGN RED WINE -STIR-FRIED BEEF & MUSHROOM IN RED WINE

Bahan/ingredients:
400 gr daging sapi lulur dalam, iris tipis. 400 gr tenderloin, finely slice.

Bumbu utk daging/seasoning for marinate beef:
1 sdt bwg putih bubuk. 1 tsp garlic powder.
½ sdm kecap asin. ½ tbsp soy sauce
½ sdm kecap raja rasa. ½ tbsp raja rasa soy sauce.
Lada hitam secukupnya. Some black pepper.
2 sdm maizena. 2 tbsp cornstarch.

½ buah paprika merah, iris. ½ pcs red bell pepper, slice.
3 siung bwg putih, cincang. 3 cloves garlic, chop.
1 buah tomat merah, iris. 1 pcs red tomato, slice.
1 kaleng jamur kancing, iris. 1 can champignon mushroom, slice.
1 sdm mentega tawar. 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Bumbu/seasoning:
Garam laut sejumput saja. A pinch sea salt.
Lada hitam secukupnya. Some black pepper.
Oregano kering secukupnya. Some dried oregano.
50 ml arak merah. 50ml red wine. (Cabernet Sauvignon)

Cara/method:
1. Bumbui daging dan simpan dlm lemari es selama 1 jam. Marinate beef and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Panaskan mentega, masukkan bwg putih, tumis hingga harum, masukkan daging sapi, aduk hingga berubah warna, masukkan jamur dan bumbu kecuali arak, aduk rata. Heat butter, add garlic saute until fragrant, add beef, stir well until changing color, add mushroom and seasoning except red wine. Stir well.
3. Masukkan arak dan paprika dan tomat, aduk hingga rata. Add red wine and bell pepper, stir well.
4. Siap disajikan panas. Ready to serve hot.
