PEPES TELUR ASIN – SPICED SALTED EGG

Bahan/ingredients:
8 btr telur asin mentah ukuran besar. 8 pcs raw salted egg big size.
Daun kemangi secukupnya. Some thai basil.
1 buah tomat, iris. 1 pcs tomato, slice.
2 buah cabe merah besar, iris serong. 2 pcs red chili, oblique.
8 buah cabe rawit organic. 8 pcs organic chili padi
6 buah blimbing wuluh, iris.6 pcs blimbing wuluh, slice.
100ml santan kental. 100ml coconut cream. (KARA)
Daun pisang secukupnya. Some banana leaves.
Tuduk gigi. Tooth pick.

Bumbu halus/ground spices:
5 buah bwg merah. 5 pcs shallot.
2 siung bwg putih. 2 cloves garlic.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt. (Optional)
½ sdt gula. ½ tsp sugar.
Lada secukupnya. Some pepper.
3 btr kemiri. 3 pcs candle nut.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan kukusan. Prehead steamer.
2. Bersihkan daun pisang. Clean banana leaves.
3. Campur bumbu halus dgn santan. Mix ground spices with coconut.
4. Ambil daun pisang, letakkan daun kemangi, masukkan 1 butir telur asin, tambahkan 1 sdm campuran santan, aduk perlahan. Masukkan cabe, tomat dan blimbing wuluh, bungkus rapi. Take banana leaves, add thai basil, add 1 pcs salted egg, add 1 tbsp coconut batter, gently stir . Add chili, tomato and blimbing wuluh, gently wrap.
5. Masukkan dlm kukusan dan kukus selama 30 menit. Add into steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
