HONEY LEMON CASTELLA

Bahan/ingredients:
6 btr telur besar, suhu ruang (sangat penting). 6 large eggs, at room temperature (very important!)
125 gr gula pasir (boleh ditambah sesuai selera). 125 gr granulated sugar(optional to taste)
200 gr tepung utk roti. 200 gr bread flour. (Cakra kembar)
75 ml madu. 75 ml honey
37 ml air hangat. 37 ml tbsp warm water
15 ml madu. 15 ml honey
½ sdm air hangat. ½ tbsp warm water.
60 ml minyak sayur. 60 ml veggie oil.
30 ml air lemon. 30 ml lemon juice.
½ sdt kulit lemon parut. ½ tsp grated lemon skin.
Siapkan loyang loaf alasi kertas roti. Prepared loaf pan cover with baking paper. (26x10cm)

Cara/Method:
1. Panaskan oven 170C. Preheat oven 170C
2. Mixer kuning telur & gula pasir sampai mengembang (kecepatan 10 selama 5 menit). Mixer egg yolk & sugar until fluffy (speed 10 for 5 minutes)
3. Turunkan kecepatan mixer,masukkan tepung yg sdh diayak, sampai rata, masukkan air lemon parutan kulit lemon. Slow down mixer, add sifted flour, stir well, add lemon juice and grated lemon skin.
4. Masukkan campuran madu, aduk rata dan masukkan minyak, aduk rata. Add honey mixture, stir well and add veggi oil. Stir well.
5. Kocok putih telur hingga mengembang dan campur dgn adonan kuning telur, aduk perlahan. Mixer white egg until fluffy and mix with egg yolk batter, gently stir.
6. Tuang dalam loyang. pour into the pan.
7. Panggang selama 40 menit. Oven for 40 minutes.
8. Biarkan dingin, lepas perlahan kertas roti. Oles pemukaan kastela dgn madu dan bungkus dgn plastik wrapping, simpan di lemari es selama 4 jam sblm di potong dan sajikan. Let’s cold, gently take out baking paper . Spread survice of castella with honey and wrapping with plastic, refrigerated for 4 hours before slicing and serving.
