Chocolate Mousse

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Bahan/ingredients:
100 gr DCC. 100 gr DCC
3 btr kuning telur. 3 pcs egg yolk.
3 btr putih telur. 3 pcs white egg.
1 sdm Khalua/Rhum (aku pakai Khalua favoriteku 2 sdm). 1 sdm Kahlua/Rhum. (I use Khalua my favorite 2 tbsp)

Cara/method:
1. Siapkan panci dgn air ½ bagian. Prepare pan with ½ part of pan.
2. Potong DCC dan letakkan pd wadah/panci dan tumpangkan diatas panci 1 (tim). Cut DCC and place on another pan and put the pan on pan with water.
3. Kocok kuning telur. Beaten egg yolk.
4. Kocok putih telur hingga kaku sisihkan. Mixer white egg until stiff, set aside
5. Masukkan kuning telur ke choco yg sdh meleleh sempurna, aduk menggunakan whisk dgn cepat (msh diatas air didih). Add beaten egg yolk on melted DCC, stir fastes using whisk. (still on boiling water)
6. Angkat panci, masukkan putih telur, aduk rata menggunakan whisk dgn cara dibalik dan masukkan khalua or rhum, aduk rata. Lift up the pan, add merengue on choco batter and stir well and add Khalua or Rhum.
7. Tuang ke gelas dan simpan di chiller 2 jam sblm disajikan dingin. Pour on glasses and refrigerate 2 hour before cold serving.
