Mie Goreng Kampung

MIE GORENG KAMPUNG

Bahan/ingredient:
2 lempeng mie telur kerang, rebus dan tiriskan. 2 board dried egg noodle, boiled and strain. ^Atom Bulan)
2 buah bwng merah, parut. 2 pcs shallot, grated.
2 siung bwng putih, parut. 2 clove garlic, grated.
Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.
Air panas secukupnya. Some hot water.
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil.
Bawang merah goreng secukupnya. Some fried shallot.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bwg merah dan bwg putih parut tumis hingga harum. Heat oil. Add grated shallot and garlic, saute until fragrant.
2. Masukkan mie rebus, tambahkan garam dan lada, aduk rata. Add boiled boodle, add some salt and pepper, stir well.
3. Tambahkan air panas aduk hingga air menyusut. Add hot water, stir until reduced the water.
4. Siap disajikan sbg menu pendamping. Ready for side dish.
5. Sajikan dgn taburan bwg goreng. Serve with fried shallot on top
