BOLU WAWAR – ROSE CAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
3 btr telur. 3 pcs egg
40 gr gula pasir. 40 gr granulated sugar
50 gr terigu rendah protein. 50 gr low protein flour. (kunci biru)
10 gr maizena. 10 gr cornstarch
10 gr susu bubuk. 10 gr milk powder.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
50 gr mentega tawar, lelehkan. 50 gr unsalted butter, melt, (Anchor)
½ sdt air mawar. ½ tsp rose water.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven 170C. Oles loyang 20x20x10cm dgn mentega dan.alasi dgn kertas roti. Prehead oven 170C. Spread square pan 20x20x10cm with butter.
2. Ayak tepung, maizena, susu bubuk dan garam. Sisihkan. Shift flour, cornstrach, milk powder and salt. Set aside.
3. Kocok 20gr gula dan kuning telur hingga mengembang dan pucat dgn kecepatan tinggi. Mixer high speed 20gr granulated sugar and egg yolk until fluffy and pale. (using KitchenAid 90 seconds).
4. Masukkan bahan kering yg sdh diayak bertahap juga masukkan mentega cair, aduk rata. Add dried ingredients. With a low speed mixer
5. Kocok putih telur dgn kecepatan tinggi dan masukkan 20 gr gula bertahap. Mixer high speed white egg and 20 gr sugar.
6. Campur bahan putih telur secara bertahap dgn bahan kuning telur. Tambahkan estrak mawar. Mix white egg batter step by step on yellow batter. Add rose extract
6. Tuang adonan diatas loyang oven 30 menit smp kelar. Pour the batter on pan and baking for 30 menit.
7. Keluarkan dr oven, biarkan dingin, kalo sdh dingin, baru di iris.
