MAEUN YONG-AM TTEOKBOKKI – SPICY LAVA RICE CAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
150 gr topokki, potong. 150 gr korean rice cake (topokki), cut.

15 iris fish cake. 15 slice fish cake.
2 siung bwng putih, cincang. 2 cloves garlic, chop.
1 bh bawang bombay ukuran sedang, potong. ½ pcs onion medium size, slice.
100 ml air panas.
50 gr mozzarella cheese.

Saus/sauce:
1½ sdm gochujang (pasta cabe korea). 1½ tbsp gochujang (korean chili paste)
½ sdm gochugaru (bubuk cabe korea). ½ tbsp gochugaru (korean chili powder).
½ sdm kecap ikan. ½ tbsp fish sauce.
½ sdm Tabasco. ½ tbsp Tabasco.
1 sdt kecap asin. 1 tsp soy sauce.
1 sdm saus Topokki . 1 tbsp Topokki sauce.
1 sdm minyak sayur utk menumis. 1tbsp veggie oil.

Pelengkap/complimentary:
20 gr timun jepang, iris korek api. 20 gr japanese cucumber (kyuri), julienne.
Biji wijen sangrai secukupnya. Some roasted sesame seed.
Parsley kering secukupnya. Some dried parsley.

Cara/Method:
1. Tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga layu, masukkan topokki, aduk. Saute onion and garlic, until wilted, add rice cake, stir.
2. Campur bahan saus dlm mangkuk kecil. Mix sauce on small bowl,
3. Masukkan saus dan aduk rata. Add sauce and stir well.
4. Tambahkan air masak hingga air menyusut dan menjadi kental. Add water and cook until the water recede and the sauce becomes thick.
5. Letakkan ke wadah tahan panas, taburi keju mozarela, biji wijen, parsley dan oven selama 6 menit dgn suhu 160C. Place on dish heat resistant, sprinkle with mozzarela, sesame seed, dried parsley and bake for 6 minutes with temperature 160C.
6. Sajikan panas dgn taburan timun Jepang diatasnya. Serve hot with japanese cucumber on top.
