PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE CHIFFON CAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
140 gr tepung rendah protein. 140 gr low protein flour. (Kunci Biru)
20 gr tepung buah. 20 gr fruit powder.
½ sdt ngohiong bubuk. ½ sdt fivestar.
¼ sdt pala bubuk. ¼ tsp nutmeg powder.
¼ sdt jahe bubuk. ¼ tsp ginger powder.
½ sdt kayu manis bubuk. ½ tsp cinnamon powder
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
90 gr gula pasir. 90 gr granulated sugar.
40 gr gula merah. 40 gr brown sugar.
6 btr telur, terpisah. 6 pcs egg separated
50 ml krim kental. 50 ml whipping cream.
60 gr susu segar rawar. 60 gr fresh plain milk.
120 ml minyak sayur. 120 ml vegiie oil. (Canola)
200 gr labu kuning, kukus dan hancurkan. 200 gr pumpkins, steam and mashed. (butternut pumpkin)

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven 170C (sesuaikan dgn oven anda). Siapkan loyang sifon 22inch. Preheat oven 170 C (adjust your oven)
2. Campur dan ayak tepung terigu, tepung buah, pala bubuk, ngohiong, jahe bubuk, kayu manis bubuk dan garam. Mix and sift flour, fruit powder, nutmeg powder, fivestar, ginger powder, cinnamon powder and salt
3. Kocok dgn kecepatan tinggi putih telur, dgn menambahkan 50 gr gula, kocok hingga kaku, sisihkan . (2 menit dgn KitchenAid) . Mixer high speed the white egg, add 50 gr sugar, beat until stiff, sisihkan. (using KitchenAid only 2 minutes).
4. Kocok kecepatan tinggi sisa gula dan kuning telur hingga mengembang (2 menit dgn KitchenAid). Mixer high speed remining sugar and egg yolk until fluffy.
5. Turunkan kecepatan (level 1) masukkan campuran tepung dan air bergantian, masukkan labu, minyak. Matikan mixer.Decrease speed (level 1) enter a flour and water mixture alternately, enter the pumpkin and oil. Turn off the mixer.
6. Masukkan bertahap putih telur kocok ke dalam adonan kuning telur dan aduk perlahan dgn ball mixer. Add step by step meringue into egg yolk mixture and gently stir with mixer ball.
7. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang sifon. Dan oven selama 40-50 menit. Tusuk dgn tusuk sate utk memastikan tdk lengket dan matang sempurna. Pour into the chiffon pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Prick with a skewer to make sure he morbidly dough sticky and perfectly cooked.
8. Keluarkan loyang dr oven dan balik loyang diatas botol hingga cake dingin. Keluarkan cake dr loyang dan iris. Take out the pan from oven and turning the pan over bottle dan leave to cool. Remove cake from pan and slice.

Note:
Bisa dibuat motif marble dgn mencampur 4 sdm adonan dgn 1 sdt coklat bubuk. Can be make marble motive with mixed 4 tbsp mixture with 1 tsp cocoa.

Note:
