TUMIS BUNCIS & UDANG DGN SAUS XO – SAUTED GREEN BEANS & SHRIMP WITH XO SAUCE

Bahan/ingredients:
200 gr buncis muda organic. 200 gr organic baby green beans.
14 ekor udang Jerbung tanpa kulit.. 14 pcs jerbung shrimp, skinless.
4 siung bwg putih, cincang. 4 clove garlic, chop.
1 sdm saus XO. 1 tbsp XO sauce. (Lee Kum Kee).

1 sdm minyak sayur. 1 tbsp veggie oil.
1 sdt minyak wijen. 1 tsp sesame oil.

Cara/methods:
1. Rebus buncis dan air garam selama 2 menit tiriskan dan letakkan diatas piring saji. Boiling green beans with salted water for 2 minutes, strain and place on dish.
2. Didihkan air beri sedikit garam, masukkan udang, rebus selama 1 menit, tiriskan dan sisihkan. Boilng water with a bit salt, add shrimp, boiling for 1 minutrs, strain and set aside.
3. Panaskan minyak sayur dan minyak wijen, tumis bwg putih hingga berubah warna, sisihkan. Heat veggie oil and sesame oil, saute garlic until changing color set aside.
4. Masukkan bwg bombay, aduk hingga ber – karamel, masukkan udang dan saus XO aduk rata. Add onion, atir until caramelized. Add shrimp and XO sauce, stir well.
5. Letakkan diatas buncis dan taburi bwg putih goreng dan siap disajikan.. Place shrimp on green beans and sprinkle with fried garlic, and ready to serve.
