Bolu Kuno – Classic Cake

BOLU KUNO – CLASSIC CAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
6 btr kuning telur. 6 pcs egg yolk.
2 btr putih telur. 2 pcs white egg.
90 gr tepung rendah protein. 90 gr low protein flour.
20 gr maizena. 20 gr corn strach.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
30 gr susu bubuk. 30 gr milk flour.
80 gr gula putih. 80 gr granulated sugar.
1 sdt vanila. 1 tsp vanila extract.
100 gr mentega leleh/ mentega tawar. 100 gr melted margarin/unsalted butter (blueband for cake & cookies or unsalted butter Anchor/Elle)

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven 160C. Siapkan loyang 18×18 alasin kertas roti dan oles dgn mentega, sisihkan Prehead oven 160C. Prepare square pan 18×18, cover with parchment paper and grease with margarin, set aside.
2. Campur dan ayak tepung, garam dan susu bubuk, sisihkan. Mix and sift flour salt and milk powder, set aside.
3. Kocok telur dan gula hingga mengembang dan pucat dgn kecepatan tinggi (3 menit dgn KitchenAid). Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and pale with high-speed (level 10, 3 minutes with KitchenAid).
4. Turunkan kecepatan paling rendah (level 1) masukkan tepung, hingga tercampur rata, masukkan mentega aduk rata. Matikan mixer (total 50 detik). Lower the slowest speed (level 1) add the flour, until well blended, add the butter and stir well. Turn off the mixer.( total 50 second)
5. Tuang diatas loyang dan oven selama 30 menit. Pour into the pan and bake for 30 minutes.
6. Keluarkan dr oven dan biarkan hingga suhu ruang. Take out from the oven and let’s cold on room temperature.
7. Potong, hias dan sajikan. Slice, garnish and serving.

Note:
Memakai Blueband lebih enak dan gurih. Usibg Blueband more tasteful.
