NASI ULAM TERI

1. Nasi Ulam
Bahan/ingredients:
1 mangkuk besar nasi (4 porsi). 1 big bowl rice (4 portion).
50 gr teri goreng. 50 gr friend anchovy.
30 gr kelapa urapan kering. 30 gr dried coconut “urapan”.

Cara/method:
Campur rata nasi, teri dan kelapa . Mix well rice, fried anchovy and coconut.

2. AYAM TALIWANG

3. URAPAN

Bahan/ingredients:
200 gr Jantung pisang rebus (direbus 15menit), 200 gr boiled banana flower (boiling for 15 minutes)
200 gr Toge rebus, 200 gr boiled beansprout.

Kelapa urapan:
½ buah kelapa parut. ½ pcs grated coconut.
8 lbr daun jeruk, iris halus. 8 pcs lime leaves, finely slice.
4 buah bwg merah. 4 pcs shallot.
2 siung bwg putih. 2 cloves garlic.
1 buah cabe merah besar tanpa biji. 1 pcs red chili, seedless.
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.

Cara/method:
1. Haluskan bwg merah, bwg putih dan cabe. Ground shallot, garlic and chili.
2. Campur kelapa parut, daun jeruk dan garam. Mix grated coconut, lime leaves and salt.
3. Sangrai ½ kering. Roasted ½ dry.
4. Penyajian/how to serve:
Campur toge, jantung pisang dgn kelapa. Mix beansprout, banana flower with coconut.

4. TAHU GORENG. FRIED TOFU.

5. SAMBAL BAWANG. SAMBAL ONION

Bahan/ingredients:
9 buah cabe rawit organic
6 buah bwg merah. 6 pcs shallot.
3 siung bwg putih. 3 cloves garlic.
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.
1 sdm minyak panas. 1 tbsp hot oil.

Cara/method:
Haluskan cabe, bwg merah dan bwg putih. Beri garam dan siram dgn minyak panas, aduk. Ground chili, shalot and garlic. Add salt and pour with hot oil, stir well.
