LAPIS DAGING – SAUTEED BEEF

Bahan/ingredients:
300 gr daging lulur dalam, iris tipis. 300 gr tenderloin, finely slice.
1 buah kentang, iris tipis. 1 pcs potato, finely slice.
½ buah cabe merah besar tanpa biji, iris korek api. ½ pcs red chili seedless and jullien.
½ buah cabe hijau besar tanpa biji, iris korek api. ½ pcs green chili seedless and jullien.
2 sdm air panas. 2 tbsp hot water.

1 sdm bwg putih goreng utk taburan. 1 tbsp fried garlic for topping.

Bumbu halus/ground spices:
4 siung bwg putih. 4 cloves garlic.
2 buah kemiri. 2 pcs candle nut.
2 buah bwg merah. 2 pcs shallot.
¼ sdt lada. ¼ tsp pepper.
¼ buah pala. ¼ pcs nutmeg.
Gram secukupnya. Some salt
1 sdm kecap manis secukupnya. 1 tbsp dark sweet soy sauce.
1 sdm minyak sayur. 1 tbsp veggie oil.

Cara/method:
1. Campur daging dgn ½ sdm kecap asin, lada secukupnya dan ½ sdm maizen, goreng dan tiriskan . Mid beef with ½ tbs soy sauce. Some pepper and ½ tsp corn strach, frying the beef and strain.
2. Goreng kentang dan tiriskan. Frying potato and strain.

3. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
4. Masukkan kecap manis, tomat dan air panas, aduk rata 1 menit, masukkan daging, kentang dan cabe, aduk rata. Masukkan cabe aduk dan siap di sajikan. Add dark sweet soy sauce beef, tomato and hot water., stir 1 minute, add beef, potato and chili, stir well.
5. Sajikan dgn taburan bwg putih goreng. Serve with fried garlic on top.

Note:
Bisa disajikan diatas nasi putih dgn taburan bwg putih goreng. Can be serve on rice and sprinkle with fried garlic on top.
