Red Velvet Chiffon Cake.

RED VELVET CHIFFON CAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
6 btr kuning telur. 6 pcs egg yolks.
6 btr putel. 6 pcs white eggs
100 gr terigu utk cake. 100 gr cake flour. (kunci biru)
20 gr tepung buah (bisa diganti maizena). 20 gr fruit powder.(can be change with cornstarch)
140 gr gula pasir. 140 gr granulated sugar.
20 gr susu bubuk. 20 gr milk powder.
15 gr coklat bubuk AFRICAN (utk pewarna). 15 gr cocoa powder AFRICAN. (for coloring)
60 ml minyak canola. 60 ml canola oil
100 ml air buah beet. 100 ml beetroot water.
80 gr cream cheese. (Yummy Red Label)
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
1 sdt vanila. 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven 180C. Preheat oven 180C.
2. Campur dan ayak tepung, tepung buah, garam, susu bubuk, coklat bubuk dan sisihkan . Mix and sift flour, fruit powder, salt, milk powder, cocoa powder and set aside.
3. Campur air beet, cream cheese dan vanila, sisihkan. Mix beetroot water, cream cheese and vanilla extract, set aside.
4. Mixer putih telur dgn kecepatan tinggi hingga mengembang dan kaku. Sisihkan. (2 menit dgn KitchenAid). Beat white egg with mixer high speed until fluffy and stiff. Set aside.(2 minutes using KitchenAid)
5. Kocok dgn kecepatan tinggi kuning telur dan gula palem hingga mengembang, (2 menit dgn KitchenAid). Beat with high speed egg yolks and palm sugar until fluffy (2 minutes using KitchenAid)
6. Kocok dgn kecepatan rendah, masukkan campuran tepung dan campuran beet bertahap. Masukkan minyak canola. Mixer slow speed, add mix flour and mixed beetroot step by step, add canola oil.
7. Masukkan dan aduk dgn whisk bertahap putih telur ke adonan kuning telur. Add and stir well with whisk white egg into egg yolk mixture
8. Tuang adonan kedalam loyang sifon 20 inch. Dan oven selama 40 menit. Pour into chiffon pan 20 inch. Bake for 40 minutes.
9. Keluarkan loyang dr oven dan balik loyang diatas botol hingga cake dingin. Keluarkan cake dr loyang, oles dgn keju oles, taburi keju cedar parut dan iris. Take out the pan from oven and turning the pan over bottle dan leave to cool(3 jam).Remove cake from pan and slice.
