LOMIE KARET

Bahan/ingredients:
500 gr mie besar. 500 gr big noodle.
100 gram jamur hioko, cuci, rendam air panas dan iris tipis. 100 gr hioko mushroom, wash, soak on hot water, and finely slice.
50 gr udang kering, dicuci, direndam air panas. 50 gr dried shrimp, wash, soak on hot water
200 gr dada ayam/babi, iris sesuai selera. 200 gr chicken breast, slice as your desire.
1 buah baso ikan pjg., iris. 1 long fish cake, slice
2 butir telur kocok lepas. 2 pcs beaten duck egg.
2000ml air panas. 2000ml hot water
3 bendel sawi, potong. 3 bundle of mustard green.
5 lbr sawi putih, iris. 5 pcs chinese cabbage, slice.
2 btg bawang swana, iris miring. 2 stals swana onion, oblique.

Bumbu/seasoning:
3 sdm saus tiram. 3 tbsp oyster sauce.
1 sdm kecap asin. 1 tbsp soy saice.
1 sdm kecap raja rasa. 1 tbsp raja rasa soy sauce.
Gula dan lada secukupnya. Some sugar and pepper.
5 siung bwg putih, cincang. 5 cloves garlic, chop.
1 sdm arak shao shing. 1 tbsp wine shao shing.
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil.
1 sdm minyak wijen. 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Larutan pengental. Thickener batter.

Pelengkap/complimentary:
Kucai potong 2 cm. Chive cut 2 cm
Acar cabe. Pickled chili.

Cara/method:
1. Siram mie dn air panas dan tiriskan. Pour noodle with hot water and strain.
2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bwg putih tumis hingga harum, masukkan babi/daging ayam dan udang kering, aduk hingga daging berubah warna. Masukkan arak shao shing aduk rata. Heat oil, add garlic, saute until fragrant, add pork or chicken and drird shrimp, stir until pork/chicken changing color. Add wine shao shing, stir well.
3. Masukkan baso ikan, bumbu, aduk dan masukkan air panas, didihkan. Add fish cake, seasoning, stir and add hot water, boiling.
4. Masukkan sawi putih wortel, sawi dan bawang swana, aduk. Masukkan larutan pengental dan minyak wijen, aduk rata dan rerakhir masukkan kocokan telur, aduk. Add chinese cabbage carrot, mustard green and swana onion, stir. Add thickener batter and sesame oil, stir well, and at last add beaten egg, stir.
5. Letakkan mie diatas mangkuk dan siram soup diatasnya. Sajikan dgn acar cabe & timun dan kucai. Place noodle on a bowl and pour the soup on top. Serve with pickled chili & cucumber and chive.
