Rujak Rambutan – Rojak Rambutans

RUJAK RAMBUTAN – ROJAK RAMBUTANS

Bahan/ingredients:
1 kaleng rambutan. 1 can rambutans.
3 buah cabe rawit merah, iris tipis dan buang bijinya. 3 pcs red chili padi, finely slice and throw out the seeds.
10 buah kiamboi hitam kering. 10 pcs dried kiamboy.

30 ml air rambutan kaleng. 30 ml canned rambutans water.
¼ sdt garam. ¼ tsp salt.
20 lbr daun mint. 20 pcs mint leaves.
10 buah jeruk kasturi, belah 2. 10 pcs calamansi, cut on 2.

Cara/methods:
1. Belah rambutan menjadi 2. Cut on 2 the rambutans.
2. Belah dan peras jeruk kasturi. Cut and squeeze calamansi.
3. Taruh dalam mangkuk semua bahan dan aduk rata. Put on a bowl all ingredients and stir well.
4. Diamkan semalam di lemari es sebelum di konsum. Keep in refrigerator for a nite before consume.
5. Sajikan dingin. Serve cold.

Note:
Gunakan kiamboi hitam, spy air tdk menjadi keruh (kiamboi putih) atau kemerahan (kiamboi merah).
Use black kiamboy, so the water won’t be orange (white kiamboy) or red tinted (red kiamboy)
