Baked Spaghetti Carbonara

BAKED SPAGETTI CARBONARA

Bahan/ingredients:
200 gr spaghetti, rebus dan tiriskan. 200 ge spaghetti, boiling and strain.
8 lbr smoke beef, potong kotak. 8 pcs smoke beef, cut square.
3 siung bwg putih, cincang halus. 3 cloves garlic, finely chop.

Taburan/topping:

Keju mozarela, potong. Cutted mozzarella.
Keju cedar parut. Grated cheddar cheese.

Saus carbonara/carbonara sauce:
50 gr keju cedar parut. 50 gr grated cheddar cheese.
20 gr keju parmesan. 20 gr parmigiano cheese.
200 ml kaldu ayam. 200 ml chicken broth.
50 ml krim masak. 50 ml cooking créam.
2 sdm terigu. 2 tbs all purpose flour
2 sdm mentega. 2 tbs unsalted butter.
1 sdt garam laut (sesuaikan). 1 tsp sea salt (to taste)
1/8 sdt lada hitam bubuk. 1/8 tsp grated black pepper.
1/8 sdt thyme kering. 1/8 tsp dry thyme
2 sdm mentega tawar. 2 tbsp unsalted butter.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak olive, masukkan bwg putih tumis hingga harum, masukkan smoke beef, aduk dan sisihkan. Heat olive oil, add garlic saute until fragrant, add smoke beef, stir and set aside.
2. Masukkan mentega biarkan meleleh masukkan terigu, aduk, masukkan kaldu ayam, aduk cepat, masukkan bahan lain dan smoked beef, biarkan mengental. Add butter until melting, add flour, stir, add chicken stock, stir fastest, add other ingredients and smoked beef, let’s thickener.
3. Masukkan spaghetti, aduk rata. Add spaghetti, stir well.
4. Taruh di wadah tahan panas, beri potongan keju mozzarella dan parutan keju cedar. Put it in the heat-resistant container, add mozzarella on top and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
5. Oven suhu 200C selama 5 menit atau hingga keju keemasan. Bake with temperature 200C for 5 minutes or until golden the cheese.
